OPERATING OFFICE BUILDING PORT ADMINISTRATION

This building is located to the south pier of the multi-purpose terminal, was built in 2007, has two plants, in the ground floor, with 100 m² is located the historical archive of concentration. On the top floor with 100 m² of construction, are located the offices of the operating entity, has a rooftop terrace of 60 m², from where you can observe the facilities and operations.

It has parking for 6 vehicles and a reception-transmission tower 30 meters high.

The buildings have electricity, outdoor lighting, drinking water, disposal of sewage through septic tank, CCTV and air conditioning.

CONTROL AREA FOR VEHICULAR ACCESS AND PEDESTRIAN

Located at the beginning of the road access to the multi-purpose terminal, has a building to control pedestrian access from 36 m². and another for controlling vehicular access to 22 m².

The buildings have electricity, outdoor lighting, drinking water, disposal of sewage through septic tank, CCTV and air conditioning.
