Attending the instructions of the Ports and Merchant Marine General Coordination, the Port of Dos Bocas started on the early days of 2012, the attraction of bulk cargo such as mineral and agricultural goods, supported by a wide range of tools to support these operations including multipurpose infrastructure, tax break to foreign trade and specialized maneuvering services.

All this, in order to provide port services and to enabling new spaces for the reception and cargo storage on cover and paved areas according to each product handling requirements, to the producers and trading companies of the region.

The customs authorization to incentive the sugar, barite, pet coke and coal clearance, allows reducing time on foreign trade procedures and vessel berthing, while the port services providers performance its bulk operations.

In the last year, the Port of Dos Bocas increased its productive infrastructure on more than 100% generating both competitiveness and specialization on a wide range of cargo operations.
